How to Sign Up for a Package or Tour

You can sign up for any Package or Tour on our website by clicking the Buy Now button for the Package or Tour in which you would like to participate. Clicking the Buy Now button will take you to our online store where you may purchase the Package or Tour of your choosing. You may also register using your email address, so you may revisit the store at your discretion.

Once your order is complete, you will be e-mailed a Payment Confirmation as well as other pertinent information regarding your tour. We recommend using the link in your confirmation email to sign up for Travel Insurance at this time. It is not advisable to wait, as many insurance companies only allow a 14 day sign up window from date of travel purchase. 

Deposits and Final Payments

A deposit is required to confirm your Package or Tour Reservation. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Personal Check, or Money Order. Payment schedules are as follows:

50% deposit at booking with final payment due July 01.

10% lay-away deposit, flexible monthly payments with final payment due July 01. Lay-away payments are non-refundable and subject to a $5.00 per month service charge.

Or you can make a 100% full payment at the time of booking.

Final payment is due on July 01. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you fail to submit your final payment by the due date.

Reservations made after July 01 are due in full and non-refundable.

Package Price: $1,295 - $2,795* USD 

Prices are per person sharing a double room. Solo travelers or those wishing to not share a room select "Yes" under "Solo-Traveler?" when booking.

Unlimited Access to Oktoberfest: Entry to the Oktoberfest is FREE, and you may walk around the grounds as much as you like at no charge. Reservations are not required to enter the Oktoberfest tents, but you will need cash for everything you plan to do - from eating, drinking and tipping your server to carnival rides, attractions and souvenirs.

Flights: When booking your flight, please keep in mind it is an overnight flight from the USA, meaning you need to depart the day before your arrival date. Munich's airport (MUC) is located approximately one hour away from the city center. It is best to book a flight that arrives no later than 12:00 noon, so that you may check-in to your room before meeting your Tour Managers. Spyglass travelers arrive in Munich from all over the world, therefore package prices do not include airfare.

Airport Transfers: (From Munich's Franz Josef Strauss Airport (MUC) Only) Airport Transfers are not included in our package prices. If you would like to pre-pay for a private airport transfer, please request a quote after making your reservation. You may purchase the Airport Shuttle Bus online in advance, which departs every 20 minutes and takes you to the Hauptbahnhof (Central Train Station). Advance booking is not possible for S-Bahn Regional Trains, Taxis, or Rental Cars.

Oktoberfest Beer Tent Reservation: 3 and 4-night packages include one reservation per person, while 7-night packages include two reservations. You will enjoy generous Bavarian hospitality in one of the famous Oktoberfest Beer Tents, including some of the world's best beer and delicious food. You may also visit the Beer Tents when you do not have a reservation. By law, all tents are required to have a section of non-reserved seating.
